Clarity & Pace Consulting Ltd takes your privacy seriously. This notice explains the limited personal data we handle and how we use it.

What we collect

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising, and it does not run a contact form. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us — for example, if you email us, we hold your name, email address and the contents of your message.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use the information you send solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to carry out that engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and — where relevant — taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal data. Your message is held in our business email account (Microsoft) as our email provider. We treat everything you share as confidential.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with it and to meet our legal and business obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to our processing. To exercise any of these, email us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
